Taoist propriety and ethics emphasizes compassion , moderation and humility whilst Taoist thought generally focuses on nature, the relationship between humanity and the cosmos, health and longevity, and wu wei (action through inaction), which is thought to bring harmony with the universe.

At Tao you can watch fresh sushi being prepared and placed on a sushi train. You can choose from a wide selection of plates for as little as $2.50 per plate. Our sushi chef is constantly updating and putting new items on the train such as Oysters With Chilli and Cod Roe or Teriyaki Scallops.

If this is not enough for you, you can choose from our a la carte menu. There is a vast selection of all time favourite dishes of each region, such as Cashew Chicken and Pad Thai from Thailand, Pho Tai (half raw beef noodles) and Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodles) from Vietnam , not to mention Teriyaki Chicken (bento boxes available) and Tempura from Japan.
